Evening Student Dropping a Day class
Forms are available in your advisor’s office or at the Registrar’s office.
You need to have the form signed by both your advisor and the instructor of the course as well as yourself.
Turn in your form to the Center Office and they will process this for you.

Evening Student Dropping an Evening class
Obtain the form from Center Office or download here.
Sign the form and turn into the Center Office.

Note: Remember that you must drop a course IN WRITING or you will receive an F.
Be aware of the deadlines for dropping a day class, in order to avoid receiving a WF (which acts as an F in your GPA). Your refund from courses is calculated using the date on your drop form, so it is important to be proactive on turning this in as soon as you know you need to drop.

Transcript Fee
A fee of $2.00 is charged for each request, except for the first, for a copy of the student's transcript of courses completed at Ursinus.  Requests for copies of transcripts can be accepted only from the student, and must be made in writing to the Registrar.

Payment
Payment may be made by check, money order, Visa or MasterCard.  Place your Social Security number on all checks and correspondence.

Balance Due
Balance due should be paid by the first class, unless you have been awarded financial aid or have made other arrangements with the Business Office.

Deferred Payment Plans
Deferred payment plans and debit payment arrangements are available for your convenience through the Business Office.  Call 610-409-3698 and ask for Betty Davidson.
